5. How long does the oven cleaning process take?
The duration of the cleaning process depends on the size and condition of your oven. For a standard 60cm oven, it typically takes between 1.5 to 2 hours. For a 90cm oven, it usually takes about 2 to 3 hours. If you have a stove top or rangehood, please allow an additional 30 minutes per appliance. For BBQs, the cleaning process generally takes between 2 to 3 hours. We ensure thorough and meticulous cleaning without rushing the job.
6. Do you clean self-cleaning ovens?
Yes, we do. While self-cleaning ovens are designed to burn off food residue, not all components, such as the racks and trays, are self-cleaning and can be damaged if not removed during the self-cleaning cycle. Additionally, dirt can still build up behind panels and between the glass, which the self-cleaning feature does not address. Our professional cleaning service ensures these areas are thoroughly cleaned, protecting your oven and maintaining its efficiency.
7. How often should I have my oven professionally cleaned?
For optimal performance and hygiene, we recommend having your oven professionally cleaned every 6 to 12 months. Regular cleaning helps maintain the efficiency of your oven and extends its lifespan.
8. What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.
9. Are you insured?

10. How can payment be made?
Payment can be made through various methods:
